手机的键盘上7和9的字母也是4个的，其他的都不超过4个字母。
那么，按照上面的组合解码可得。

目前我只能解码到这里的。
虽然很不通顺，但我相信这里应该是个突破点。

因为QWE的格式是被世人所认可的，也就有可能成为密码的码表。

其实到这里就已经大概知道答案是什么了。
按照逻辑来整理，只要你重组这些字母的时候你就看到了。
虽然重组有很多种例如，LV IOU ET OOO
可是这些没有语言性质。因为楼主说过最终答案是英语。
所以唯一一个符合逻辑的答案应该是I LOVE YOU TOO.
可是我还不确定。
因为这里我才解了第3层就已经看出答案了。

所以我决定用O T O E O I O U Y V L
进行再次解码。
我用了很多种解码方法。
凯撒，乘法等等。。
最后我发现了只有栅栏才能读得通。
分成两排

重组后，OOTUOYEVOLI。
然后倒序，ILOVEYOUTOO.
I LOVE YOU TOO.就自然而然的出来了。

于是悲剧就此开始，BIOS 更新的最后一步提示主 BIOS 更新失败，主板再也无法点亮，即使用 INTEL 的官方 BIOS 恢复方法也无法搞定。非常郁闷！
搜索了半天，据称只有用刷芯器重刷才能搞定，于是就花100多元从淘宝上淘了个烧录器，以为就此可以搞定。
结果发现 INTEL 的官方 BIOS 根本无法直接用烧录器来刷，费了好大劲才从一位买了行货DG45ID主板（这块主板的BIOS 和 DG45FC 的BIOS 是相同的）的BIOS高手那里要来了他从芯片中备份出来的 BIOS 文件，赶紧刷了上去，主板总算点亮了。
主板虽然点亮了，但显示却花屏了，又是一阵郁闷，怀疑 BIOS 不匹配，于是继续刷。
不过这次刷就比上一次方便了，因为现在的BIOS已经可以用正常方式刷新了。但恻新后还是老样子——花屏。
把主板卸下来，打算再次把芯片焊下来刷，检查时发现主板反面靠近显示接口的地方，那时有一排电容，其中有四个非常小的小电容给碰掉了。
心想不会是这几个电容掉了的原因吧？
赶紧测了一下同一排的那个电容的容量，然后拆了几只旧手机，找到几个相同容量的电容把它焊到主板上。
最后装好启动，熟悉的开机画面又回来了，至此主板的 BIOS 问题彻底搞定，嘻嘻……

这是我用过的其中一个很不错的 Windows 7 激活工具，外国牛人的作品，推荐给安装了 Windows 7 的朋友试试，如果你不想刷 BIOS 激活，那么可以试试这个激活工具，它会将你的电脑模拟为某个品牌的电脑进行激活。

由于 Windows 7 刚发布不久，推断微软为了占领市场，在相当长的一段时间内，是不会封杀这样的激活手段的。但是，如果你的经济能力许可，请购买正版授权。

About:
This application started off as a proof of concept. Everyone at the time I made this was using batch scripts as the back end to their activation techniques and although batch file installation worked it's success rate was poor when compared to my demo application.

The goal of my program at the time was simple, prove that an application can do everything the batch file can do but in a controlled easy to use way with little to no errors. Not only that though but to show that you can display useful system information and options to the user which a batch file simply can't do.

This program to this very day is still the only fully coded API driven application that handles it's own errors and depends on itself. It's the original program based loader and it's arguably the best loader based program to get you activated out right now with over 2 million downloads and counting and a strong fanbase behind it.

Whats the goal of this program?
To activate you in a clean and simple way without putting a load of buttons and checkboxes on your screen and expecting you to know what to do. It's all about keeping it simple!

What makes this different from every other loader out at the moment?
It's the only fully coded API based loader application, this means it cuts out the middle man (.NET framework) and can handle everything on it's own. This increases reliability and is considered the professional coder approach.

OK so how do I run it?

I activated Windows 7 and now I want to activate Windows Vista, why isn't it working?
Use the uninstall option while on Windows 7 and reboot into Windows Vista. Next install your selected cert/slic in Windows Vista and then reboot back to Windows 7 and click install.

Activation failed, now what?
Try again with one of the other loader options, maybe one of them might just work for you.

Application integrity checking?
Hover your mouse over the green, amber or red icon towards the bottom right of the window to see the information.

I should note that even if the icon is green someone might have found a way around it so it's worth checking that the applications path is always the same as the location from where you launched the application. You should also check that the MD5 matches the MD5 found online.

Extra information
Do I need to update?
If you have installed a version and you're activated then you shouldn't need to update. If however you are like me and you like to use the latest and the best versions of software then updating shouldn't be a problem.

Can I install a newer version over an older version?
Yes, you don't need to perform an uninstall to upgrade to a newer version.

Using a BIE release or another pre-activated Windows 7?
Failing to do the following can result in failed genuine status against the WAT update.

1. Launch the loader application and select to uninstall
2. Reboot your PC
3. Install my loader version
4. Before you become genuine you may need to rerun the WAT check online via the MS website

Usage instructions
If you have no SLIC 2.1 in BIOS (which unless you flashed with a modded BIOS, you probably do not have)

1. Install windows 7 (Don't enter a serial during installation)
2. Run this as an Administrator (Should prompt you)
3. Click on Advanced Options (Optional as the program will try to best detect the following for you)
4. Choose a matching SLIC and certificate (Dell, MSI, etc.) (Optional)
5. Choose a loader mode (Optional)
6. Click on the install button (Under software mod)
7. Wait for the Loader to work and reboot.

Re-run the loader under Windows and choose a different loader mode from the drop-down list.

Sprint Layout 是一款适合业余爱好者的简易的 PCB 设计软件，界面友好、简单易用、上手容易，功能也完全满足了自己的需求。自己平时的一些小电路板制作都用它来搞定，而且输出还直接支持雕刻机刻 PCB(我的雕刻机正在组装，目前还无法测试)。不足之处是软件无法在印刷板上加入中文文字。

原版软件内嵌了德、英、法三种文字，但只有德语是标准资源，其他二种语言是内嵌的，只能当非标来处理，这样一来就无法完美汉化。网上有一款早期的 Sprint Layout 5.0 汉化版，就是通过汉化非标英文资源来完成的，本汉化的制作也费是一番周折，是先将德文先转成英文然后再汉化的。虽然多了一道手续，但为是保证界面的完美汉化也是值得的。
